The Domaine Chandon Cookbook: Recipes from Etoile Restaurant

Domaine Chandon is a French-owned wine producer in Napa Valley. Its Michelin-starred restaurant, étoile, is the only fine-dining restaurant within a winery in the Wine Country. With a seasonal menu created to showcase Domaine Chandon's sparkling and still wines, étoile takes inspiration from the culinary tradition and playful delicacy of nouvelle cuisine.
