This position is responsible for providing technical support for our Radio Original daily and weekly shows, including live and pre-taped shows and interviews. The Technical Board Operator will support the daily talk shows by acting as board operator and technical director. Prospective candidates will be responsible for providing technical support to program hosts and production teams during CT Public’s flagship shows: Where We Live, The Wheelhouse, and The Colin McEnroe Show, ensuring that audio meets CT Public standards and deadlines.

This position is a critical team member who will identify and measure success related to the Company’s digital analytics. In this newly created role, the successful candidate will create and manage cloud-based data repositories and endeavor to synthesize, pulling out the trends and insights. Prospective candidates will work within the tools and manipulate data, but spend more of their time on bigger picture analysis, driving strategy, helping to inform marketing automation flows cross platform, predictive modeling, etc.
The Manager, Member and Donor Growth works with others in Marketing, Membership, Institutional Development, Content and other departments to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement and retention of members and donors. Our new manager will use an insight-driven approach to gain a deep understanding of member and donor behavior and affinities, in turn, using this understanding to drive the creation and execution of revenue-producing and member stewardship campaigns on all available platforms.
