Connecticut Public seeks a digital sales specialist to join our Underwriting Team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to be an integral part of a growing media organization.
As the digital sales specialist you will be responsible for growing the revenue generated from a portfolio of digital media properties. But this role isn’t about selling digital at scale.
Connecticut Public’s digital portfolio exemplifies the quality our audiences have come to expect from us. While having a high digital acumen is important for this role, this is not a typical digital sales role. You will have the opportunity influence the digital products you sell, and work directly with the Underwriting Team to build their digital revenue base.
In this relationship-building role you will be expected to prospect, conduct needs assessments, create and present proposals, and service accounts across Connecticut. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated effectiveness in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The candidate must possess initiative, self-motivation, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate, at all times, respect for diverse constituencies.
