It’s been more than three months since the first Connecticut resident tested positive for the coronavirus. Connecticut Public Radio recently produced a two-hour special on this time period, First Wave: Coronavirus in Connecticut. This is an excerpt from that show -- an interview with Governor Ned Lamont who looks back at his administration’s response to the pandemic.
