Bysiewicz Quarantining After COVID Exposure

Lieutenant governors in Connecticut and Rhode Island are quarantining after potential COVID-19 exposures. Connecticut Lt. Gov. Susan Bysiewicz is self-isolating after a member of her staff tested positive for the virus. Bysiewicz, who was in close contact with the person, tested negative Thursday.Rhode Island Lt. Gov. Daniel McKee is also quarantining following contact with someone who later tested positive. McKee is preparing to succeed Gov. Gina Raimondo, who’s been nominated as President-elect Joe Biden's commerce secretary.
