Patel, who also owns several Bottle Stops throughout the state, gives us an insider’s perspective on the pandemic-related booze boom. And, Marysol Castro and Chef Plum talk to the owner of a Connecticut distillery about pivoting the business in order to become essential. Finally, John deBary, irreverent author of Drink What You Want, shares a few classic cocktail recipes and describes his work as co-founder of The Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation.
