The John G. Martin Foundation Supports CPBN’s Veterans Vocational Training Program

December 29, 2014

Veterans-use-new-camera-equipment2Veterans are returning to our communities and re-entering the workforce looking for opportunities in an evolving and ever-changing economy.

The Institute for Advanced Media works with veterans to help them them to secure competitive jobs in the media arts & digital production industry, and offer them the chance to develop exciting new careers.

Veternas-use-new-camera-equipmentA local private family foundation, The John G. Martin Foundation, gave a generous grant to the program to purchase six camera packs for the use of off-site film and video shoots. These packs include a backpack loaded with a camera, lens, ipad.

We are deeply appreciative of this West Hartford foundation’s commitment to our Veterans program and its mission of improving lives for this special group of selfless Americans.
